Adonna Greaves personifies versatility and motivation in the health and fitness industry. A two-time North American Martial Arts champion and creator of the Cardio Combat Training Certification program, Adonna is a B.Sc. Microbiology and Biochemistry graduate from the University of Toronto, the former host of Fitness Zone, a fitness TV show that aired internationally in over 20 countries. Adonna is a presenter, certified trainer and fitness instructor, leading group fitness classes and personal training sessions for the past 35 years.
Her extensive athletic background, personal charisma, motivational skills and innovative approach to developing and delivering unique fitness programs, have quickly gained Adonna a strong reputation in the fitness community and she can help you crush your fitness boredom!

Adonna, a two-time North American and five-time Canadian martial arts Tae Kwon Do black belt champion, is the former host of Fitness Zone TV, an award-winning series that aired throughout the world in early 2000.

In 2005 Adonna opened Studio Adonnics in Montreal, Canada which was home to over 500 dedicated clients. In 2020, at the age of 60, Adonna took her unique fitness program online as she continues to prove that age is just a number.


TABATA
Traditional Tabata is a high-intensity exercise consisting of eight sets of 20 seconds of exercise at maximum effort each followed by a 10-second rest.
HIIT
HIIT workouts combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise.
